Project Quality Engineer
Mission
Planning and implementation of the Quality Assurance activities within the project and coordination of the project Quality Control activities implementation.
Tasks
1. Provides the necessary back-up to the Quality Manager regarding contractual issues relating to Quality both during tender and project execution phase.

Senior Contract Administrator
· have a basic understanding of legal aspects. It would be preferable a person with a background in subcontract/contract administration.
· Advise the Project Manager on contract execution which may deviates from requirements of the Contract and reducing risk in the face of potential disputes
· Liaise with Corporate Legal department concerning potential serious disputes with the Client and initiate change orders request on any claims against the client.
· Administrate all contractual correspondence between Client and Contractor and between joint venture/consortium partners.
