LOGISTIC INSPECTOR

PT. Petrotechindo Utama (PTU) is an Independent Engineering company which has vast experience in assisting clients in the area of design, procurement and construction management / supervision. Currently, in association and strategic partnership with WorleyParsons Indonesia – one of the world leaders in independent pipeline engineering and design consultant is appointed as the Engineering & Project Management Consultant for Repair KP 110 – KP 133 , Kuala Tungkal ~ Panaran TGI Offshore Pipeline project.
Job title : Logistics Inspector
Report to : QA/QC Engineer / Logistics Manager

Role :
· Physical inspection and monitoring of custody transfer and load out of owner supplied line pipe, valve skids, and other materials to EPCC barge.
· Coordinate with EPCC material inspector in the quantity survey, receiving inspection/reportin g and site storage of Client supplied plants, equipment, and materials.
· Monitor and verify receiving inspection of EPCC supplied materials and sign off on Material Receiving & Inspection Report by EPCC contractor for materials received offshore.
· Monitor and verify line pipe tracking & traceability works by EPCC during offshore laying operations.
· Monitor materials inventory control by EPCC and participate in excess Client supplied material reconciliation prior custody transfer back to Client by EPCC contractor.

Qualification :
· Education : Technical (Trade) High School or University Graduate
· Training / Certificate : Basic Sea Survival Training..
· Language : Basic written and oral English
· Experience : Min. 5 yrs Oil and Gas Industry construction project experience as Logistics
Inspector or Material Control Man and with at least one (1) offshore project assignment/complete d.
§ Able to work in a team, with minimal supervision, shows initiative, discipline and highly motivated.
§ Familiar with cargo shipping terms, and construction plants, equipment and materials.
