GEOLOGIST and OPERATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER
Muara Teweh - Barito Utara, Kalimantan Tengah
• Indonesian nationality, Male, Bachelor of Mining Engineering or related fields, 7 – 10 years of working experiences. Min. 4 years of experiences in related industry (coal mining industry). • Healthy and physically fit for this type of job.
• Managing continuous operation of site office, mine site activity (quantity and quality control), stockpiles, hauling of coal and loading to barges.
• Oversee continuous ongoing management of all site activities. (mine pits, stockpiles, hauling roads, and port)
• Assist in contractual discussion with mining and hauling sub-contractors.
• Ensure contract administration is appropriate
• Head up several teams whose expertise in different areas of operations.
• Capability to review on efficiency potentials in all areas.
• Capability to review and write report of the company' staff performances.
• Experienced in dissolving errands with local peoples through diplomacy and negotiation.
• Understand open-cut mine design and work safety procedures.
• Leadership style: be respected by lower-level managements due to his intelligent and ground-to-earth attitudes not by dictatorship.
• Like to write reports to the Directors.
• Less talk but more actions.
• Discipline with time so that others will follow
• Cost concern in making every decisions
• Able to analyze untypical situations and interpret data.
• Like challenges and result oriented
